History
The property known as Willson Farm in Holly, Michigan. It is a two story, five bedroom, three bathroom house with a pole barn on 3 acres. According to satellite images the property does have a pond in the southwest corner of the property. There are many lakes in the general area of the property.
According to Zillow and other realty sites the house was built in 1879. It is heated by baseboard radiant heating by way of propane or butane.
Owned by the Evans who built it in 1879 per a neighbor. They owned a lot of land and parceled it out to others. They donated land to the veterans cemetery a street over. Four other families before her owned the home and the Evans were there about 50 years. The fourth family was the Agar family. The current residents obtain the property in 2012.
Claims
Client’s daughter was upstairs and she would be down stairs. Daughter said her mom was calling her and visa versa. They would come to each other saying, “what do you want?” They all hear walking in the hallway upstairs. They hear a lot of rattling in the upstairs hallway and the door knobs jiggle. The “Pocket door” is constantly rattling. No fans on or windows open. Happens during the day and at night. Both mom and daughter will hear conversations from a distance. Can’t understand what they are saying but knows its a conversation. When mom is in her bedroom, she hears music and people downstairs.
Daughter saw an apparition when they first moved in. She thought it was her mother but it was a woman in a long dress.
It happens between 2 am – 3 am and they turn the bathroom on in the bathroom. It makes her mad. She unplugged the radio and told it to knock it off. It happened two weeks ago. About 1-1/2 years ago, her future son-in-law had a radio go off upstairs on its own (he was skeptical). In the pole barn, a very distinct smell of pipe spoke was noticed. Walking from room-to-room she had a perfume scent. She thinks it was someone that lived there before.
She spoke to her psychic and asked her if she thought anything was going to come from this investigation. She said yes and thinks it’s family members and those who lived in the house before.
Investigation
The weather was cold and raining so any possible orbs would have to be ruled out due to the high humidity levels.
Upon driving up to the home I, Brenda, felt an extreme presence of Indigenous spirits. I could not see them but I could feel their presence. I asked Ryan E what tribes may have lived in the area.
The team came to the house and started the investigation on getting EMF Readings in the home. All readings were within normal limits. From there Brenda and Terri went through the house with dowsing rods. The home is completely full of antiques. We found some possible entry points in mirrors in one of the large cabinets on the upper level. Team members were commenting about the air feeling heavy and it was hard to breathe.
The owner stated at no time has she ever felt threatened by anything in the home.
Once we went through all the levels on the home, we began an EVP session and turned on the Ovilus. The Ovilus only had two words. At the same time, I pulled out the SLS camera and began scanning the main level. The owner stated that her grandma sits in a specific rocking chair (Grandma had passed) and the SLS picked up a stick figure in the chair. In another room another stick figure was picked up by a stored Christmas tree. The final figure was very distorted and captured near a desk in the home office.
We then began an ITC session where numerous entities tried to come through. After much questioning on trying to figure out who was there, Brenda felt the presence of Indigenous people and lit sage for them. There was a response of Thank you through the spirit box.
Evidence Review
After reviewing video and audio, we found a few things that occurred while we were there. The front door opened on it’s own after it was secured by Ryan (4:01). You can hear the door click shut then he begins to walk away and the door opens. He turns around and closes it again.
During the ITC Session, we had some entities that came through and didn’t like us being there. We were told to go, F off and called names.

Conclusion
The farmhouse had a lot going on activitywise. We believe there was connections to the land as well as the house. We attempted to cross over those who wanted to go. The owner does not feel threatened by any activity going on in the house.
