Equipment: MEL meter, Rempod, SB-11, Dowsing Rods, Ghost Meter, Flir, SLS camera, Spiritus Ap, Digital Audio Recorders.
History:
According to the website, the Nelson Tower Condominium was built in 1961. It holds businesses as well as residents and is a secure building. There are some historic buildings across the street from the apartment building.
Claims:
The client claims she is seeing stuff in her home and that her autistic grandson sees the ghosts, too. One person stated to her they thought there was a demon in one of her photos and I told her that was a 1% change of any Demons. She is several miles from the former Jackson State Prison. She is of Catholic faith and just wants to know and feel validated that she is seeing things in her house.
Investigation
We started the investigation gathering the basic readings in the apartment. Brenda took one dowsing rod and it took her out in the hallway next to the apartment door and began to spin.
We then went back into the apartment to set up for an EVP session. We got some basic flashlight responses when asked if Missy was there.
We started the Spirit Box session and heard “there’s a child in here,” “Hold on” and “You’re such a hippie”The Spiritus Ap talked about looking in the mirror (client had a photo of an entity looking into a mirror). Then mentioned Missy. It then gave up words like “Wings” for us to cross them over. Then there was talk of a suicide.

During the EVP session, Brenda felt that there may have been a suicide by a woman in the tub. The client was told there was a death in the apartment. (there could be so many tenants over the years, it may be impossible to determine this fact).
We did pick up a stick figure for a bit on the SLS camera and looked to be the size of a child.

Conclusion: We feel that the lady in the home is unintentionally inviting entities in her home by talking to them and asking to take photos of them. We cleansed the apartment and put stones of protection up (Apache Tears) and a smokey quartz outside of her apartment door to close the opening that was outside of her door. We do not feel she is in any danger but warned her to be careful of inviting entities to her home.
