Dearborn Heights Residential 
History: The home was built about 1952 ranch style. The home has been used as a rental for the last 15-20 years with students from U of M Dearborn. It’s been under the same owner just various rental residents.
Claims: Clients in home have been seeing things move and appear to be able to communicate by knocking in the basement. Previous residents have claimed that there was some sort of energy in the house. The current residents attempted to cleanse the home with Dragon’s Blood with a practice from Voodoo.
Equipment: Ovilus, digital recorders, Heaven’s Gate, Dowsing Rods, EMF readers, Unknown Portal Box, infrared camera, light up cat balls.

Investigation
The investigation began with readings and a dowsing rod session in the house. In the upstairs living room closet, we believe there is a portal at the spot. The dowsings rods spun near the water heater which is not considered paranormal. The rods also spun in the room above the water heater.
We then began an EVP session in the main living room with all present. We then switched to the Heaven’s Gate Spirit Box. When doing the Heaven’s Gate (Spirit box) spirits were asked how many needed to cross over and it appeared to say 10.
John appears to be a main spirit that gave his name through the Spirit Box. The owner said there was a John that lived there a long time ago but does not know if he is still alive.
We then switched over to the Unknown Portal Box and got scattered communication. We were unable to get names. We did get 21 and think it’s a response when asked what year it was.
We then switched to the basement where Jeff experienced something messing with the infrared on his camera. His EMF meeting was reacting at that time and the cat balls were lighting up and no one was near them.

Conclusion:
We don’t believe there is anything threatening in the home. It may be residual and a passing point for spirits traveling to and from various dimensions.
