History of the site:
The seminary was built in1858 and the house at 412 Maple was the housing for the staff. While the word “seminary” usually means a religious training college, in this case, “seminary” was used to designate a teacher training college. The adjacent 3 story brick building was built in 1863 as an expansion to the seminary but was soon purchased by the Lambs Knight wool company.
Investigation:
The team arrived at the site and began the initial readings of the house. The house has no television but does have cages for pet snakes. The EMF was very low in the home.
When Brenda walked in she could feel heart issues but the homeowner did not know anyone that would have had those issues. Brenda later found a death certificate of a woman who died of heart issues and then her husband committed suicide a couple of months later.
We began an EVP session in the living room and may have gotten on the wrong track thinking the home was a religious seminary. We later found out that it was a teachers seminary. We went through the home with video and took some photos and Brenda got some weird photos in the bathroom. It took three times to get a normal photo.
The team went upstairs to do an EVP session and the upper room was very hard to breathe in for some. When going into the second room the SLS camera was picking items up in the reflection of a mirror but when pointed in that direction, it wouldn’t pick anything up.

Conclusion:
We would like to thank the owner for the opportunity of investigating his home that was the former seminary and the tour of the magic shop afterwards.
Brenda believes she was channeling two of the former owners through the feelings of their death. The house is located in the Magic Capital and has lots of great opportunity for more investigations.
Our team may need to re-attempt the investigation due to thinking it was a religious seminary.
