History:

The house was built approximately 1850’s.  It was a one point a stage coach stop and two brother’s owned the house.  The brothers would kill unknowing victims and place them in the crawl space above the Kitchen.  There is also a tree in the area called the Hanging Tree.  A lady in white, named Pearl, was hung there due to being pregnant out of wedlock by one of the owners of the Hinsdale House. Two brothers got into an argument by the Giving Tree and one shot the other.The land is also a known Indian Battle Site.

In the 1970’s the property was purchased by the Dandy family, which the mother wrote a book about her experiences living in the home.  It is believed three of her children are spirits at the home (Mike and Laura d 1992).  The family left  the home in 1974.

Many paranormal teams have investigated the site and it has been on national paranormal shows.

The team arrived on May 21, 2020 to the Hinsdale House.  During the night many noises of movement could be heard and upon inspection, we discovered birds nesting in the gutters and trying to get into parts of the house which is normal for houses in the country.

Claims

Many team members reported that they saw shadows walking through the house, a shadow at the top of the stairs by two members.

Ryan experienced whispering in his ear at 4 am.  AJ had a rock thrown at him while working on the pond.  

Colette had the Hinsdale House directional sign almost fall on her off the wall and right towards her and was witnessed by Brenda and Ryan.

Jessica reported a handle on the equipment case moving from one side to another.  She was also growled at by the shed next to the house. On one of the nights, Jessica reported hearing people walking in the kitchen while all team members were asleep.

 

 Many reported hearing furniture and foot steps from the upper level but Brenda did not hear that while she was sleeping up there.  Colette’s air mattress was being kicked and then deflated (brand new air mattress). 

 

The team brought a Green Amazon Parrot to the site to see if she responded to things in the house.  She got up from her cage at about midnight and walked across the room to an empty chair and said, “Up, up” which is what she tells people when she wants to be picked up.  No one was in the chair when she did this.

 

Jessica and Ryan went to the Giving Tree, separately, and reported feather’s that hung from the tree spinning with no wind.

Brenda went through with a blue light and photographed the attic door where it is alleged that the two brother’s who murdered people stuffed the bodies until they could get rid of them at a later time.

On 21 May 2020 Brenda did a video session in the closet on the second level.  The mirror is used for investigations for scrying. A shadow of an arm can be seen at about :29 seconds on the right side of the video.

Ryan, Colette and Brenda went on the property to investigate where the barn used to be,  the “Hanging Tree” and the accident site of Michael Dandy.  The weather was drizzling and conditions were very humid.  

While at the barn site, we only received THE and PAM on the Ovilus and the SP-11 did not appear to give any communication.

We then went to the “Hanging Tree” and attempted another SP-11 and Ovilus session.  There were no responses on the SP-11 or Ovilus.

 

We went to search for the site where Alfred Warren Emmerson was fatally injured by the buzz saw but wanted to do further research on the actual property site due to many farms in the area.  Daniel Klaes verified with us later the actual property we assumed may have been the Emmerson Farm.

 

Later in the day, we returned to the property and did a metal detection over the barn area and found items such as an old broken bike, chains, and pieces of metal from old cans.  AJ found an old beverage bottle near the pond and we dated to be about from 1929.  Jessica then went magnet fishing but did not find any artifact in the pond.

While in the house, Dan brought a Telsa Coil and we attempted a “Tesla Session”.  The Tesla Coil produces an extreme amount of EMF for spirit communication and assists with better spirit energy.  We used the Spiritus application for best results. We found SP-7 and SP-11 had too much static to hear clear communication.  Communication received were “Hi”, Shut Up bird, female voices.

The Green Amazon Parrot appears to be affected and fluffed her feathers as if she was being intimidated.

While the session was going on Ions, EMF and Humidity were measured and appeared to validate a theory Kaycee Colburn is working and was present for the testing.

In the early hours of 24 May 2020 at approximately 4 am, Brenda woke up to furniture moving in the kitchen.
